When can I renew my company's commercial registration?
The renewal of the commercial register takes place every five years, and when you renew the commercial register, do not forget that the subscription to the Chamber of Commerce must be paid every year, and this amount is 2 per thousand on the company’s capital, with a maximum of 2000 pounds
Also, do not forget the issue of the fine in case of delay in paying the annual subscription to the Chamber of Commerce, and it will be 25% of the amount that is supposed to be paid
Example: The company’s capital is 100,000 pounds. The Chamber of Commerce’s participation is supposed to be 200 pounds, and the fine in case of delay is 50 pounds, meaning the total amount of the fine will be 250 pounds.
For this reason, we advise against raising the company's capital except for the need, so that the incorporation expenses and annual subscriptions are not expensive
